How long is it valid?
The gift card is valid for 12 months.
How can the recipient redeem it?
The gift card will have a coupon code which the recipient can validate by entering the coupon code in the coupon code field on the checkout page at the last step of the purchase.
How many orders can the gift card be used on?
The gift card can be used on 1 order.
When will I receive the gift card?
If you are ordering as a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order by 17 December at the latest. Unfortunately, due to increased traffic during the Christmas period, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive within 1-2 days.
In all other cases with GLS delivery, your parcel is guaranteed to arrive within 1 to 2 working days. If you need to receive your gift card urgently, please use the GLS courier service, Foxpost vending machines fill up quickly in busy areas and may sometimes be delayed.
I want to buy more than one gift card, is this possible?
Of course, you can buy more than one gift card at a time. Each gift card will be put in a separate envelope, but you will receive it in one package.
